Can I change my order after I have placed it?

We can make changes to your order as long as it has not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to clarify this.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as it has not yet been dispatched, we can easily cancel your order and refund your money. Please contact us as soon as possible to clarify this. However, if your order is already on its way to you, you will have to wait until it arrives and send it back to us.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order in your customer account on our website. We will also send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find this email in your inbox.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method. Normally the delivery time within Germany is 5-10 working days. Since we are currently receiving a lot of orders and our logistics, as well as Hermes/DHL/DPD, seem to be a bit overwhelmed, it can be extended by 5 working days (as of January 8th, 2024). We are doing our best!

Is there a return guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within this period. Please refer to our return policy.

What payment methods does Aurora Hikari accept?

We currently accept PayPal, Klarna, Credit cards . We are working on integrating additional payment methods in the near future.

How do I best care for my Wolkis?

Caring for your Wolkis is easy. We recommend shaking them out regularly to remove dirt and dust. Stains can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.

Does Aurora Hikari offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please check our shipping costs and delivery times for international orders.
